Cherokee Band Boosters Announces Their Fall 2019 Super 50/50 Raffle!
For the first time in its history, the Cherokee Band Boosters Association will be running a Super 50/50 event October through early December, 2019.
The Super 50/50 involves raffle ticket sales with just one BIG drawing to be made at the end. The holder of the ticket drawn will take home not just 50% of tickets drawn in one night, but half of all ticket sales from throughout the two month period! The prize could total up to $10,000!
Tickets are $10 each, and are being sold by each Band student (and their parents!).
They will also be sold at the Band Boosters table at the Cherokee vs. Lenape home football game on Friday, Nov 1st.

More selling details: • IMPORTANT: Purchaser must be 21 years of age or older to participate. • Purchaser must complete their full contact information on the ticket stub. • Purchaser turns in the stub with payment to the soliciting band member and keeps the large numbered stub for verification. • Band member records the sale on the order form as a backup record, keeps all money and stubs in envelope provided and returns to school in a sealed envelope to the Booster box in the band office. • Cash, and checks from current Band Booster Members only, for payments. • Checks should be made out to Cherokee Band Boosters Assn. Write the ticket stub number(s) in the memo line. • Purchasers need not be present on December 5th to win, therefore it is important that their contact information be legible.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR BAND STUDENTS: • Students will be given an envelope with numbered tickets that they are responsible for either selling or returning. • Only 2,000 tickets are available. All students/families enrolled in band classes at Cherokee are being asked to sell up to 10 tickets. If you are not able to sell your tickets, please return them ASAP so that others may have the opportunity to sell them. • Sold ticket stubs and payments, as well as any unsold tickets must be returned by November 25th (to allow time for checks to clear prior to the drawing.) • Any remaining tickets will be available to purchase in the lobby of the PAC prior to the concert for cash only. • If students need additional tickets, or if there are any questions about this fundraiser, please contact Booster treasurer Renae Block at email@example.com or 856-266-7288.
