3)
Register your child/children for both Marching Band and Band Camp in one online form, with the camp deposit.
The marching band drill is custom written based on the number of students in our band. If one person is missing, it affects the entire band. Each student’s customized drill will be written following receipt of the band camp fee. As such, the band camp fee is non-refundable to ensure a student’s commitment to the program. Thank you for understanding.
You can register siblings in one form.
Make payment via PayPal (preferred) at the end of the form, or send in a check. Checks should be turned in to the Band Booster mailbox in the band office, or mailed to:
Cherokee Band Boosters, PO Box 366, Marlton, NJ 08053.

Order additional tour t-shirts, if you'd like.
Each child receives one short-sleeved tour t-shirt with registration. At times, band members need to wear the shirts on both Fridays and Saturdays, so both parents and kids find it helpful to have more than one. If you wish to order additional tour shirts for your child, or order for parents who want one for themselves, please order at the HerSport Store via the button below. To enter the store, use code CHIEFS19 (CHIEFS must be all caps). The deadline for the next order of additional tour shirts is August 11th.
These items are due by July 15, 2019

You'll learn a lot about what your child will be doing all that week, what to pack, etc. For non-Freshman parents, this meeting is still mandatory as activities and procedures may have changed from previous years.
4)
Submit all medications that your child may be taking to Band Camp to the school nurse by the above-mentioned August 14th, 7:00 p.m. mandatory Band Camp Parent Meeting.
Enclose the medications in a clear ziplock bag with your child's name on it.
5)
Get your kids ready for Band Camp!
Check the "What to Pack for band Camp" list on pg 18 of the Parent/Student Handbook for everything your child needs to pack for the week. Report time for Band Camp is Monday, August 19th at 7:00 a.m. outside the Band Room.
