Tickets
Tickets for the event are on sale now for $23 per person. Unfortunately there are no senior or student discounts (their policy, not ours).  To get your tickets, see Lisa Morrissey either before or after band practice on Monday, October 10th or Wednesday, October 12th. Cash (no $50 or $100 bills) and checks, made out to Cherokee Band Boosters, are accepted.

How to Get There
The event will be at HighPoint Solutions Stadium, 1 Scarlet Knight Way, Piscataway Township, NJ 08854 (copy and paste the address into your map program, or simply enter it into your GPS).  Spectator parking is in the yellow lot, and is $10 per vehicle.

Schedule
Cherokee is scheduled to perform at 12:12 p.m., the first among the Group IV A bands to go. A printer-friendly version of the schedule can be found by clicking here, as programs are rather pricey.

Stadium Policies
Be sure to read the HighPoint Stadium policies before you go, especially the bag policy.

Other highlights of the policy include no outside food or beverages. Concessions within the stadium are pricey (some folks have brought food with them tucked inside hoods and sweatshirt pockets, just sayin').

Also, no umbrellas. The forecast for Piscataway is rain and clouds until mid-day, then clearing, with a high of 58 degrees. A rain coat or poncho is recommended.

And no noisemakers, including cowbells. So, we'll just have to warm up our voices and cheer our band on loud and proud with them!

Other Tips
  • You may carry blankets into the stadium.
  • It can be very sunny, so be sure to bring sunglasses and/or a hat.
  • We may be there for a while, so don't forget your stadium seat or something soft/comfortable to sit on.
  • Dress in layers. With such a limited bag policy, you won't be able to carry extra clothing items in with you to wear.

See you there! Go Chiefs!
